For the quality problems and product faults reported and complained by users, our company will respond within half an hour and give a reply within 4 hours.
For the simple fault and repair, our company can provide technical guidance by telephone for immediate processing. If the problem cannot be handled by technical guidance, our company will dispatch the service personnel to provide onsite maintenance service.
For those who need door-to-door service, except for the influence of force majeure factors, the time limit for handling the repair fault shall be implemented according to the following commitments:
① If the fault repair occurs in the urban area of our company's service network, it shall be repaired within 8 hours;
② If the fault repair occurs outside the city of our company's service network but in the same province, the maintenance shall be handled well within 3 working days, and the inconvenient traffic and remote areas will be delayed no more than 1 working day;
③ If the fault repair occurs outside the resident area of our company's service network which needs inter-provincial service, it shall be handled well within 5 working days;
④ If fault repair occurs in Tibet, Xinjiang or Inner Mongolia region, it shall be handled well within 5-10 days.
