Industrial automation

Industrial automation is the trend of widely using automatic control and automatic adjustment device in industrial production to replace the manual manipulation of machine and machine system for processing and production. Under the condition of industrial production automation, people only indirectly manage and supervise the production of machines. Industrial automation, according to its development stage, can be divided into two parts as follows:

(1) Semi automation. It adopts the automatic control and automatic device partly, while the other part is produced by the manually operated machine.

(2) Full automation. It refers to the continuously, repeatedly and automatically produce one or a batch of products by the machine instead of labor work(People only indirectly watch and supervise the operation of the machine)for all the processes of the production, including feeding and unloading, loading and unloading,etc.
